Please make sure you print it out and return it to our Records Department with ALL of the required signatures.

Also note, we have added boxes for you to check if you would like any of the (3) First Responders [SPPD (Police), SPFD (Fire) and SPRS (Rescue Squad)] to show up so the kids (and adults) can get a close up look at our vehicles and the different apparatus used to respond to emergencies.  You can check off one, two or all three if you'd like. Please be advised that our Fire Department and Rescue Squad are made up of volunteers and we cannot guarantee that they will be able to make it due to that. But we are trying our best to provide more Community Policing services and our SPPD Community Policing Unit would be more than happy to stop by!
